Thank you for your support to deliver Sail Port Stephens 2026. This year’s event is shaping up to be the biggest and most exciting yet, and we truly appreciate your important role in making it happen.

We encourage all volunteers to wear Sail Port Stephens shirts as much as possible, and to remember that our sailors are our customers — your professionalism both on and off the water are key to delivering a great experience to our competitors.

Catering & Daily Schedule:

• Breakfast from 7:00am at Magnolias
• Race Management Team briefing at 8:00am
• Competitor Briefing at 9:00am
• Lunches to be collected from the Regatta Office (Level 1 upstairs at d'Albora Marina)
• First Warning Signal at 10:55am
• After Sailing de-brief and refreshment at Crowsnest
• Dinner reservation is 7:00pm at Seabreeze (two courses and a drink provided)
